What is  Attraction Fee ?

Answer:  Attraction Fee is the fee that an employer would like to pay, as a percent of CTC  or fixed fee, when candidate referred by a Recruitment Consultant  join Employer Organization. Perks like Performance bonus , long term retrials   stock, bonus and Stock options are not included in the calculation for arriving at CTC. Employer .


How does RMAGNET  make money ?

Answer: RMAGNET  makes money when Recruitment Consultants make placements. In the marketplace, we keep 25% of the Attraction Fee as Transaction fee and Pay out 75% to the successful Recruitment Consultant whose candidate happened to be successful. Out of our Transaction Fee  , we also pay for referral  a RMAGNET User who may have referred Employer  or a Recruitment Consultant for that successful placement.Referral fee for referring an Employer is @ 20% of Transaction Fee earned by us and 5% of Transaction Fee for referring a Recruitment Consultant


What is range of  Attraction Fee on RMAGNET ?

Answer:  Fees are solely decided by Employers. It vary depending on level of position, employers own budget and market forces.Recruitment Consultant is free to accept or reject . Generally fees vary from 6% to 25 % of  CTC or between Rs15000 to Rs1000000 as a fixed fee amount.


When do I get paid for successful placements ?

Answer: RMAGNET gives full if a candidate leaves an Employer up to 90 days voluantarily or involuntarily. So you get paid on successful completion of Warratee period by the candidate


I work on Niche Positions how will RMAGNET help me ?

Answer: RMAGNET bring Employers from wide range of industries and if you handle niche jobs , you may become the market leader for that Niche.


Can I have my multiple Recruiters to use RMAGNET ?

Answer: Yes you can have multiple recruiter to work on RMANGET..


What type of companies List on RMAGNET ?

Answer: A wide range of  companies starting from large to medium and Small.

How to join RMAGNET ?

How quickly Employers Respond ?

Answer: It varies from Employer to Employer. Some are more serious than others. We are developing may indicators which helps you to select an employer . Ultimately it is business and you can work for any one if that person does not respond in time. 


Do I have to keep my database on RMAGNET and Who will have access to my RMAGNET ?

Answer: No you don’t have to upload your data base. You submit resume against a particular vacancy. This resume can be seen by that Employer to whose job order you submitted it .Your confidentiality is our main concern.


Our Business need relationships and unless you meet and understand brief properly, will it not be difficult to do good job ?

Answer:  Physically meetings are things of past. RMAGNET  has many features which facilitate good communication between Recruitment Consultants and employers. Employers also try to provide information in a very structured manner. There are multilevel communication facilities? Once you understand a customer need, it is your resume and service which speaks.


Can I run split with other Recruitment consultants ?

Answer: We are making special arrangement for that .
 

Can I Remove Contact details of the candidate before submitting resume ?

Answer: Yes! You can. RMAGNET has made an elaborate arrangement to safeguard your interests.


Can RMAGNET   help me find candidates also ?

Answer: Not at this moment, but definitely in Future we will have more services like that?


Can I offer a replacement guarantee instead of the refund ?

Answer: No. Refund is most easy to execute. It inspires confidence in minds of  Employers. We regret will not be able to change this.


Can I see the names and phone numbers of the employers ?

Answer: Once an employer grants permission, the employer’s full contact information is disclosed to that Recruitment Consultant.


What happens if the employer doesn’t pay ?

Answer: RMAGNET will make every effort to collect from delinquent employers. With the quality of employers that RMAGNET has attracted, this should  not be an issue. We also take the help of a collection agency. Timely payment is one of the most important evaluation parameter while ranking an Employer. If an Employer defaults on payment it can be blocked by Recruitment Consultant.


How do you resolve disputes ?

Answer: If there is a dispute , RMAGNET  will act as a neutral mediator to understand the situation and to work out a settlement between parties. We deal with each situation on a case by case basis. If our mediation is unsuccessful, then we can escalate to next level to legal action 

To whom will the submitted candidates belong ?

Answer: The Recruitment Consultants who submit the candidate to an Employer will have exclusivity to the resume they submit for a period upto six months from the date of submission.


What if I already have a relationship with an employer that is on your site ?

Answer: If a Recruitment Consultant has an existing relationship with an employer, they can continue to work offline or they can work through RMAGNET , subject to our Terms of Use. The Terms of Use prohibit doing offline business with an Employer referred through RMAGNET and anyone attempting to violate this policy will be immediately removed from the marketplace.If you still continue to have off line relationship with a particular employer, The best solution to this is not to accept any Job Order from that Employer on RMAGNET.


What if another Recruitment Consultant submits my candidate for the same Position or  Attraction Fee ?

Answer: RMAGNET system detects duplicate submissions. In the unlikely event that the system fails to detect  a duplicate resume , the winner of the Attraction Fee will be the Recruitment Consultant who first submitted the candidate, as determined by the time and date stamp on the submissions of RMAGNET Servers.


What if the employer already has a candidate that I submit ?

Answer: Candidates who applied to an employer outside of the marketplace in the preceding six months belong to the employer, and not to the submitting Recruitment Consultant. If the employer hires the candidate, the employer will not pay the fee. However Employer is supposed to give evidence that Recruitment took place from its own resume and not from the resume submitted by the Recruiter. RMAGNET verify it to its best capability. . It is adviced to Recruitment Consultants to get confirmation from Candidate,at the time of confirming his/her interest for the job order, that he/she had not applied for or been referred to that Employer during last six months.


What other Services or features can I expect from RMAGNET ?

How much does it cost to use RMAGNET ?

Answer: Currently there are no upfront start-up costs  for qualified Recruitment Consultants to use RMAGNET to service Employers Listed on RMAGNET. You earn first and pay against that. We adjust Subscription fee against your future earnings from RMAGNET. Make the best of it . Conditions apply.


Why should I pay 25% of my fee as my commission ?

Answer: If you analyze properly in your account books you will find that business development and collection cost more than 25% of your revenue with fixed expenses. Recruitment Consultants find that they make more money using RMAGNET  because they can spend their time searching for candidates and making more placements instead of cold calling, negotiating contracts, getting on vendor lists, and collecting fees.
