HOW DOES IT WORK ?

Employers Post Job Vacancies online :

Employers post a job description on RMAGNET and offer a Attraction Fee (as a percent of salary or Fixed Amount). The Attraction Fee represents the amount employers will like to pay the Recruitment Consultants who finds them the right candidate for their job. RMAGNET broadcast job orders to their network of Recruitment Consultants.

 

Recruitment Consultants Submit Candidates online :

Recruitment Consultants view job orders posted by Employers and start submitting Resumes online in a structured manner. Once engaged, the Recruitment Consultant can freely submit qualified candidates to be considered for the position Employer can block a Recruitment Consultant if Employer does not like the quality of resumes submitted. With the same token, Recruitment Consultant can  also  refuse working with any  Employer.

 

Employers Review Submissions :

Employers review resumes and up date status rejected or further consideration. Employers can call Candidates for interviews  or instruct respective Recruitment consultants to do so. .  Employers and Recruitment Consultants can communicate with each other through the RMAGNET’s integrated messaging system.
RMAGNET system  or Employer can declare duplicates of resume receive before hand from other recruitment Consultants. One who submitted earlier as per RMAGNET will get paid.

 

Employer Rewards Attraction Fee to Recruitment Consultant :

When the selected candidate joins Employer Organization, RMAGNET invoices the employer for the stated Attraction Fee. The employer pays one vendor, RMAGNET, and RMAGNET distributes 75% of the Attraction Fee (Placement Fee) received from Employers to the successful Recruitment Consultant. Out of its Transaction Fee earned, RMAGNET also run a Referral  Program for  RMAGNET users who may have referred the Employer or  Recruitment Consultant  resulting in a successful placement.


Pay out :

RMAGNET will refund the full Attraction Fee to the employer if the candidate does not work out for up to 90 days. (Refer our Refund Policy for details). Recruitment consultants get paid on the completion of warrantee period.
